It was a bit slow, honestly... I was waiting longer than I expected. But, to be fair, I did eventually get a reply, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored. Not the fastest experience, but at least they got back to me in the end...

"too Sweet for me"
I really wanted to like it, but the flavor was just way too sweet and had this kinda weird aftertaste. Not the worst thing ever, but I probably Wouldn’t get it again.

I was keen to try Xplosiv Supplements, but am I missing something with the flavour range? The usual options were there, but I couldn’t really find anything that felt different or exciting. I ended up choosing one I wasn’t that fussed about just to place an order. Hopefully they add a few more flavours soon.

I tried placing an order on my phone and the site was irritating to use. The pages loaded slowly, the menu kept jumping around, and I had to tap the same things more than once before anything happened. Checkout was even worse because I wasnt sure if my cart had actually updated or not. After going in circles for a while, I just gave up. The whole thing could really use a cleanup

I think I ordered sometime around late last month, or maybe the start of this month, can’t quite remember. Prices seemed fair compared to a few other NZ sites I’d looked at. A couple of things still felt a little pricey, but overall I ended up saving a bit, so I was happy enough. I’d probably use them again if the deals stay good.

I used xplosiv.nz mostly because they had a promo going on. The discount did help a little, but some stuff still felt pricey by the time I got to checkout. The code worked fine, so I can’t really complain about that part, but I did get a bit annoyed with how unclear some of the deal info was. I felt like I was getting inconsistent answers about what was included or how long the promo would last, which made it harder than it needed to be. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of average. I’d probably be more interested if the deals were clearer and stuck around a bit longer

"Rough packaging, but it worked out"
The box showed up squashed and one corner was actually open, which wasn’t great. It made the whole thing feel kind of cheap, but at the same time the product itself was fine, so I can’t complain too much. Still, I feel like the packaging could definitely be better.

"Pretty good service overall"
Had a small issue with my order so I flicked Xplosiv Supplements a message. They didn’t reply straight away, but they did get back to me and sorted it out without turning it into a whole thing. Would’ve been 5 stars if the response was a bit quicker, but compared to some other places I’ve dealt with… yeah, I’m still happy with the service.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered expecting it to arrive quickly, but for some reason the delivery was way slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated the whole time, and it ended up showing up much later than expected. it was frustrating, and I’m not really in a hurry to order again

I had to return something to xplosiv and it all went through fine, no major issues or anything. It just took a little longer than I was hoping. They did reply to my emails, just not super quickly. Overall, not terrible — average, really.

"Really solid selection"
I had a good experience browsing xplosiv.nz. They had a few things I couldn’t find anywhere else, which was really handy. Some of the categories could definitely use a bit more variety, but overall the range is solid. The site was easy enough to use too, so no real complaints there

"Wish I’d reached out sooner"
I had a refund issue with my order i kind of regret not contacting xplosiv.nz earlier. It took a couple of emails to get everything sorted, so it wasn’t instant, but they did get back to me and handled it fairly in the end.

"It worked, but I was a bit confused by payment"
The site was alright to use overall, but I got a little confused when it came to the payment options. There didn’t seem to be as many choices as I’m used to seeing on other shops, so I had to figure out what would actually work for me. I did manage to pay in the end, so it wasn’t a big problem, but it definitely could’ve been more convenient.

Ordered from xplosiv.nz and everything I picked was in the box, no missing items or random wrong stuff. One flavour had a sorta different label than I was expecting, but it was still the right product, so no big deal. Overall happy with it and I’d use them again

"Solid delivery, but the tracking felt a bit forgotten"
I’ve ordered from xplosiv.nz a couple of times now, and to be fair, the delivery has been reliable. My latest order showed up in about 3 days, everything was packed properly, and there wasn’t any drama with the parcel itself.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was the tracking. It didn’t update until later than expected, so for about a day I had no real idea where the order was. Kind of felt like the tracking side had been left until someone remembered to scan it, but maybe that’s just how their courier process works.
Overall, I’m still happy with the order and I’d buy from them again. I just wouldn’t expect super fast updates or same-day style service, and it would be better if the tracking was a bit clearer

"Payment Issue Was Really Frustrating"
